In the project „Media Literacy in Initial Teacher Education (ITE) from an international perspective", the advancement of Media Literacy Education in initial teacher education is analyzed from an international comparative perspective. Germany, the USA and Turkey are focused in this context.
With regards to the methodology, expert interviews and an exploratory measurement of preservice teachers´ respective competencies from the three countries are conducted.
